 The UK Barista Championships 2010
After Jacks' debut success last year and my year of slacking off...
 This is the big one.
The UK will be hosting the World Barista Championships so whoever can win
the UK Barista championships will have the unique honour of representing the UK in the UK... Both Relish Baristas will be entering.
First things first... qualifying at expowest. Any suggestions for a signature drink?

 8th place  in the 2009 UK Barista Championships...awesome for his first competition.
....significantly he's also the highest placed working barista in the south west... and won best cappuccino in the southwest heat.

At the 2008 British Cheese Awards held at Cardiff Castle, Relish Food & Drink were the only finalists from the South West in the 'Best New Deli' category and were awarded 
'Highly Recommended'.

Top Ten in the World! Just...
Hugo celebrates winning the UK championships in February this year. As the 2008 UK Barista Champion, Hugo represented the UK at the  2008 World Barista Championships in Copenhagen. His presentation of cappuccinos, espressos and a signature drink based on Turkish Delight put him in 10th place out of 52 nations.
Hugo used a blend developed in association with Origin Coffee's  roasters. His cappuccino milk came from Bradleys' Dairy in Delabole, just a few miles from Wadebridge.
The winner & 2008 World Champion was Irishman Stephen Morrissey, trained by 2007 World Champion James Hoffmann of Square Mile Coffee Roasters  in London.
